DYNAOX is committed to uphold its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and conduct its business around the world with a high degree of ethical standards.

Our Company Philosophy, the standards by which we are governed today, was set in motion by our founder & CEO, Mr. Sakamoto Fujio, more than 20 years ago – that is to conduct business with Integrity, Commitment and Innovation.

Described in our Company Philosophy are our company values which affect every aspect of our business activities. We esteem laws, legislation and contracts. We respect the People in our workforce. We respect those working for our business partners, and the ones in the countries and communities where we operate.

Often, we are questioned by others the expensive cost of CSR commitment. However, we believe this is the right thing to do in order to achieve the highest productivity and efficiency in a long run. Compliance to CSR gives us a competitive advantage as our customers know our reputation and trust us to be responsible corporate citizens. Our employees know our reputation and have a loyalty to DYNAOX because of that. Our people turnover rates remain low in all our country offices, which keeps our recruiting costs low. And, in the long run, we believe we avoid huge expenses that other companies may incur when they short-cut risky corners and adversely affect their Customers or the Environment or ultimately themselves.
