We promise
to provide ultimate service with our sharpened sence, improved operation and aggressive activity.
Mission :
To support the customer’s global procurement and the supplier’s international deployment as a creative business organizer in the world-wide industry of office equipment.
GLOBALIZATION
It has not been long since term “international” was succeeded by the word “global” in the world. This symbolizes the change in strategy from developing in one country at a time to a new theory of considering the market as one global entity.
While production strategies have naturally become more globally diversified, procuring raw materials are getting much more complicated. It can be challenging, difficult and frustrating to work with different circumstances in various countries. Local supply rate, lead time, bonded procedures, quality management, correspondence about quality issues in a foreign language, multiple investments in tooling, logistic expenses, dealing with accidental damage to your products during transit, etc. The list can seem endless.
DYNAOX has more than 25 years of experience in overseas procurement of OA parts. Many aspects of our outsourcing operation include specification arrangements, delivery management, the arrangement of transport and packaging, quality management of procuring materials, price negotiations and so forth. We also offer professional and technical support and logistic services.

Work as a Dynaox Team
We promise to be a member of the DYNAOX Team who always acts positively. Our promise is to act positively.
- Grasp the fact and think based on the fact.

- Take responsibility and speculate why and how the problem happened.
- Give distinct promises and be confident in your teammates.
- Clarify the purpose and direction and confirm deadlines.
These are actions that we are opposed to:
Have a vague purpose and direction without confirming due dates.
Think based on assumption.
Refuse to acknowledge the fact and hide the fact.
Look for a scapegoat to solve on the surface.
Abandon the responsibility and thrust it upon someone else.
Avoid a distinct answer and be suspicious of others.
CSR
As a Global Company
DYNAOX is committed to uphold its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and conduct its business around the world with a high degree of ethical standards.
Our Company Philosophy, the standards by which we are governed today, was set in motion by our founder & CEO, Mr. Sakamoto Fujio, more than 20 years ago – that is to conduct business with Integrity, Commitment and Innovation.
Described in our Company Philosophy are our company values which affect every aspect of our business activities. We esteem laws, legislation and contracts. We respect the People in our workforce. We respect those working for our business partners, and the ones in the countries and communities where we operate.
Often, we are questioned by others the expensive cost of CSR commitment. However, we believe this is the right thing to do in order to achieve the highest productivity and efficiency in a long run. Compliance to CSR gives us a competitive advantage as our customers know our reputation and trust us to be responsible corporate citizens. Our employees know our reputation and have a loyalty to DYNAOX because of that. Our people turnover rates remain low in all our country offices, which keeps our recruiting costs low. And, in the long run, we believe we avoid huge expenses that other companies may incur when they short-cut risky corners and adversely affect their Customers or the Environment or ultimately themselves.
In accordance with these, below are some main scopes of DYNAOX CSR activities:
- Esteem laws, legislation and contracts
- Customer oriented and quality oriented
- Respect free competition and provide fair opportunities
- Relevant Corporate information security and personal data privacy protection
- Refrain excessive business entertainment and gift-giving
- Respect Intellectual Property rights
- Prohibition of antisocial behavior involvement
- Respect protection of the Global Environment
- Respect philanthropic pride
- Deny discrimination by nationality, gender, education, religion and so forth
- Action in Social contribution activities
Some concrete examples of the things we do toward CSR:
Personal data privacy protection of employees and job applicants – For data privacy protection
DYNAOX 1% Club – For Social contribution activities
Product compliance to RoHS Directive – For Global Environment protection
100% usage of authentic software applications in the company – For respect of Intellectual Property
