Privacy Policy for Dynaox Inc.

Dynaox recognizes the importance of Personal Information and that protecting it is a social responsibility.  We are committed to protect Personal Information and to deal with such information in an appropriate manner.

Definition

Personal Information is information pertaining to an identifiable individual that may include his or her name, date of birth, gender, phone number, e-mail address, profession, employment, etc.

Collection/Utilization

Personal Information provided voluntarily by customer is treated as information with customer’s permission to acquire and use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  In addition, we will use Personal Information only for the purposes stated below.

– For product delivery purpose upon receiving an order from the customer.

– For the purpose of providing information or advertisement, such as launch of new product, which is beneficial and necessary to the customer.

– For inquiry or confirmation by us necessary for our business activities, or analysis of access data or soliciting comment from customers in order to improve our services.

– For correspondence to various inquiries

– For analysis or supply of collected information without disclosing data from identifiable individuals.

– For other purposes as announced specifically

Provision

We will not provide or disclose Personal Information to any third party without customer’s prior consent except when required by applicable laws and regulations. We may, however, provide or disclose collected information to third parties provided that identifiable individual information is covered up or deleted prior to such disclosure

Supervision of Subcontractor

As part of our business activities in providing our products or services to customers, we may provide a portion of the Personal Information to external subcontractors. In such case, we will supervise our subcontractors to ensure they deal with Personal Information in an appropriate manner.

Management

We appoint a Personal Information Security Manager whose responsibilities include taking proper measures to prevent leakage, deletion, defamation, etc. of the Personal Information. We shall ensure that Personal Information is secure, accurate, and up-to-date under the appropriate management.

Inquiry, Revision, and Deletion

We will respond to customer’s request for inquiry, amendment, or termination of use of Personal Information in a reasonably prompt manner provided such request is verified as coming from the original holder of Personal Information.
